Taylor McAuley completed an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin) at Wilfrid Laurier University, with a minor in Psychology and Biology. She later pursued specialized training in manual osteopathy at the National Academy of Osteopathy, graduating with honours and developing a strong foundation in musculoskeletal care and hands-on manual therapy.
With her background in kinesiology, Taylor developed a strong interest in how restrictions in the body’s muscles, joints, and connective tissues can contribute to pain and dysfunction. Osteopathy allows her to take a whole body, hands-on approach to identifying the root cause of these issues and helping patients restore balance, mobility and overall function.
Taylor uses a variety of manual osteopathic techniques to support patients experiencing chronic pain, neck and back pain, headaches, postural dysfunction and mobility restrictions. Her goal is not only to reduce pain, but also how the body moves and functions so patients can remain active and prevent future injury.
Outside of the clinic, Taylor has a strong background in athletics. She grew up competing in swimming, volleyball, and rugby throughout high school and university. She continues to stay active through strength training, yoga and outdoor activities such as skiing, snowboarding, and hiking. In her free time, she also enjoys traveling and cooking.
