Megan is a Registered Social Worker who obtained her Masters of Social Work from University of Toronto and her Bachelor of Social Work from Ryerson University. Over the past ten years she has worked with adolescents, youth, adults and families in several different settings including community mental health, hospital, crisis services, school and live in treatment homes. She has worked with people experiencing a wide range of complex needs and challenges such as developmental, cognitive, physical and mental.
She is passionate about helping others and works collaboratively from a strengths-based, trauma informed and person-centred approach. She has provided individual, group and family therapy using an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
Simrat graduated from the University of Toronto in 2023 with an Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc) in Life Sciences. Her academic background includes a specialist in Exceptionality in Human Learning, a major in Biology for Health Sciences, and a minor in Linguistics. Currently, she is pursuing a career as a Speech-Language Pathologist by studying to become a Communicative Disorders Assistant at Georgian College. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her dog, practicing mindfulness meditation, and exploring makeup artistry.
Nohra is currently pursuing a BScN degree at Seneca Polytechnic, following her high school diploma. She’s passionate about exploring where her Registered Nurse career will take her and enjoys traveling and cooking on her free time. Nohra is committed to providing compassionate care and continually expanding her skills in the healthcare field.
Seerat Natt is currently double majoring in Biology for Health Sciences and Psychology at the University of Toronto Mississauga. Growing up, she played competitive soccer and provincial-level field hockey, which, combined with her studies, sparked her interest in the mind-body connection and a passion for fitness and overall wellness. On her days off, Seerat is probably learning how to sew upcycled clothes from her thrift finds, rewatching Avatar: The Last Airbender, or discovering new music. She is conversational in Punjabi and French, so feel free to say hi in whichever language you prefer!
Sabrina Graduated from Georgian College with a diploma in Occupational therapist assistant and Physiotherapist assistant. She is passionate about advancing her education to become a Physiotherapist or Occupational therapist, specializing in Paediatric care. Sabrina has knowledge on various health conditions and embraces a compassionate, patient focused approach to every interaction , always striving to make a positive impact in each patient’s recovery journey.
