Dr. Bottero graduated from McMaster University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He then completed the Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the world renowned Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2019. In addition, he has acquired training and certifications in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University, Functional Range Conditioning®, Active Release Techniques®, and Shift Concussion Management.
Dr. Bottero has an elite background in hockey and track & field, including several OFSAA championships. He has a special interest in elite youth athletic performance, post-surgical rehabilitation, and optimizing human movement to improve quality of life and prevent injury. As an evidence-based chiropractor, he incorporates rehabilitative exercises with manual therapy during every appointment to help patients recover. Dr. Bottero strongly believes that active care, patient education, and a multidisciplinary approach to patient care are essential for sustained results.
