Dr. Jajwan holds a Bachelor of Science degree with cum laude honours in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. After completing the specialized honours program, he acquired a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the prestigious Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). He has since completed the post-graduate Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program from McMaster University, and has acquired certifications in Active Release Techniques®, Functional Range Conditioning®, Kinesio Taping, Athletic Movement Assessment, and Shift Concussion Management.
To help patients recover from injury and improve their quality of life, Dr. Jajwan endorses an integrative and dynamic approach to health care by incorporating functional assessment protocols, myofascial release therapy, joint manipulation, neurofunctional acupuncture, therapeutic taping, and rehabilitative exercise. He actively works with medical doctors, physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, personal trainers, and other health care practitioners as he believes that a collaborative approach is essential to patient health care.
Dr. Jajwan’s special interests include functional movement training, high-intensity circuit training, sports injury rehabilitation, and sports nutrition. He currently works with various patient populations including experienced and novice athletes.
