James graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. He holds a Massage Therapy diploma from the Sutherland-Chan Massage Therapy School and Teaching Clinic. James’ education and work experience over the years has helped him develop a treatment experience that instills equilibrium and balance within the body. Furthermore, using his athletic training, and experience in the treatment of athletes, he is able to create a dynamic massage therapy style that is therapeutic, performance-focused, and relaxing all at once.
James’ passion lies in coaching and mentoring others. As a health therapist and educator, he has had the privilege of working with Canadian professional hockey team, the Toronto Marlies, and has years of coaching experience with the girls 14U and 15U Etobicoke Titans Volleyball Club.
